Elle propose une offre complète « clé en main » englobant toutes les offres (recherches de locaux, études, montage financier, conception, travaux, maintenance …)
Depuis 1990, passant par l’activité précédente, l’agence possède un autre atout de taille : celui d’être bilingue. A cheval entre deux cultures, elle assure le contact entre des maîtres d’ouvrage venus du Japon et les entreprises locales situées en France.
Elle peut également travailler en tant qu’une architecte locale ou qu’une assistante d’une maîtrise d’ouvrage pour réaliser vos projets en France.
A propos de la relation avec le client
Le client dans son rôle de « Maître d’ouvrage », doit missionner et contrôler plusieurs professionnels à chaque étape de son projet : bureaux d’études, architectes, entreprise,
bureaux de contrôle etc…
CO2 Architecture propose en tant que contractant général une offre complète « clé en main » englobant toutes les étapes nécessaires au bon déroulement du projet. Cette prestation permet au client de rester serein en confiant son projet à une équipe professionnelle qui l’accompagnera et le conseillera tout au long du projet : recherches de locaux, montage financier, conception, constitution de dossiers administratifs, travaux, suivi de chantier, maintenance, etc.

AMO : Assistant à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage

AMO se positionne comme conseiller et contrôleur à vos côtés.
Vous guider, vous orienter pour définir, piloter et exploiter le projet. Enfin, vous aider à faire les choix les plus justes et appropriés selon les situations. -
Spécialiste

Il s’agit des différents professionnels importants pour mener à bien le projet : architecte d’intérieur, paysagiste, géomètre, gestionnaire immobilier, experts, etc…
Ainsi qu’une multitude d’ingénieurs spécialisés dans différents domaines du bâtiment : Structure, fluides (Electricité, Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation, Sécurité incendie, contrôle d’accès, etc…). -
Architecte
- le chef d’orchestre ou le maître d’œuvre. Il est responsable de la conception, de toutes les tâches administratives (dossier Permis de Construire, déclarations etc…), il est aussi chargé de détailler des plans d’exécution pour le bon déroulement des travaux.

- Il s’agit de toutes les entreprises et/ou artisans, tous domaines confondus qui concrétiseront le projet : Voirie réseau divers, maçonnerie, peinture, revêtement de sol, cloisons et plafonds, électricité générale, Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation, plomberie, équipements sécurité incendie, menuiserie, etc.

About our agency
Located in the heart of Paris, CO2 Architecture is a general contracting company.
Since 1990, through the previous activity, we offer a complete “turnkey” service, from the financial arrangement and search for premises, to preliminary studies, architectural design, site monitoring, maintenance, etc,
Straddling two cultures and bilingual, we ensure various on-site missions such as consulting, bondings and supervisions for Japanese clients. As a local architect, assistant project manager or general contractor, we accompany our clients in various phases of their project.
About the relationship with the client
As a “project owner”, the client needs to evolve several experts and trades such as design offices, architects, contractors, technical team and engineering consultants, etc. In order to achieve the expected result at each stage of the project, he/she has to make fairly complex decisions, ensure the quality of the constructions, without forgetting about an optimum lead time and budget management.

APM : Assistant Project Manager
- *AMP: The Assistant Project Manager is the interface between the client and the architect, he/she acts as an advisor, coordinator and controller. His/her technical and functional knowledge will be involved alongside the client in order to provide relevant solutions and ensure the right decisions.

Experts and collaborators
- A team of experts accompanies the client and the architect in the various phases of the project: interior designer, landscape architect, surveyor, property manager as well as design and control offices in structure and fluids (electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire safety, access control, etc.)

Architect
- As the conductor or the project manager, the architect will conceive, design, write technical requirements and specifications, coordinate schedules, prepare detailed construction drawings and administrative documents (such as building permits or different statements)

- This refers to companies and craftsmen, in all fields, who will carry out different production batches; such as pre-diagnostics, demolition, frame and structure, road work, various networks and distributions, masonry, painting, any kind of flooring, partitions and ceilings, electricity, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, fire safety equipment, joinery, glasswork, metalwork, carpentry, etc…

CO2 Architecture はフランス・パリの建築設計施工事務所です。
調査から設計、施工、アフターサービスまで、フランスでの全ての建築プロセスを承ります。
前身の活動を含め1990年から今日に至るまで、常時日仏二ヶ国語できめの細かい対応を心がけており、官公庁や多数の日系企業様から依頼をいただいております。
クライアントと設計者及び関係者の関係
フランスではクライアントが各関係者に個別で契約することが通常です。
クライアントも施主（maîtrise d’ouvrage）という全ての関係者を取りまとめる立派な仕事なのです。
ときに非常に煩わしいこの取りまとめ業務を一括して引き受けるのがCO2の仕事です。
お客様は各関係者への個別連絡に追われることなく、ストレス無く工事を任せることができます。
