Pendant le désamiantage de la tour Montparnasse, le siège de NHK Europe dut quitter ses locaux.
Chargés d’aménager temporairement 450 m² de bureaux pour notre client, nous avons limité notre intervention à l’essentiel sans oublier la qualité des espaces et le confort des usagers.
Pour l’agencement des bureaux, nous avons opté pour la flexibilité et la fluidité, en accord avec le style de travail de l’entreprise.
Nous avons veillé à la conception de l’ensemble du mobilier en partie existant, en partie commandé et en partie fait sur mesure, afin de créer une ambiance harmonieuse.
Nous nous sommes chargés également de déposer le dossier de demande d’autorisation de construire et d’aménager, un immeuble de grande hauteur (IGH).

During the asbestos removal operations of the Montparnasse Tower, the NHK Europe headquarters had to leave its premises.
We were asked to design a temporary arrangement for 450m² of office space. Our challenge was to limit our intervention to the essentials while ensuring the quality of the space and the comfort of the users.
For the office layout, we opted for flexibility and fluidity, in line with the company’s working style.
We took care of the design of all the furniture, some of it existing, some of it ordered and some of it custom-made, in order to create a harmonious atmosphere.
We were also responsible for submitting the application for planning permission for a high-rise building (IGH).

モンパルナスタワーにオフィスを所有するNHKのヨーロッパ総局ですが、モンパルナスタワーのアスベスト除去工事に伴って、工事期間中のみの仮オフィスへ移転されました。移転先の工事は、短い期間ということで、できるだけ簡便で経済的でありつつ、使い勝手の良い快適な空間を心がけました。
通常の内装工事プロジェクトに加えて、高層ビル内の改装工事に関する工事許可申請書類の作成から、オフィス家具の選定、働き方に合わせたフリースペースのオーダーメイド家具の設計・製作もさせていただきました。
